Processing Time
Ready-to-wear hats ship within 2–3 business days of purchase. Custom hats are made just for you, and turnaround can take up to 3 weeks depending on customer revisions needed to finalize your sizing, styling, and personalization details. Once your custom hat is complete, it ships within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery time is [3-8 business days] after processing, depending on your location.

Packaging
Every hat is carefully packed to protect its shape during transit — including crown-stuffing with tissue paper and secure box packaging — so it arrives ready to wear.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received tracking within a few days of your estimated ship date, reach out and we'll look into it.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Denim Darling Hat Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked "delivered" by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly, and we're happy to help however we can.
